Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Pikarta, including our website, mobile application, and digital loyalty card services.

1. Agreement

By using Pikarta, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Pikarta on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

2. The service

Pikarta allows businesses to create and manage digital loyalty programs, including stamp cards, points cards, discount cards, cashback-style cards, QR flows, NFC join links, and Wallet passes.

Pikarta is a software service. We are not responsible for a business's underlying goods, services, rewards, discounts, customer disputes, or tax obligations.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account and business information and keep it current.

4. Trials, subscriptions, and app store billing

Pikarta may offer free trials, paid subscriptions, or other in-app purchases. Purchases made inside the iOS app are processed through Apple App Store billing. Purchases made inside the Android app are processed through Google Play billing.

  • Subscription pricing, renewal period, trial duration, and included features are shown before purchase in the app.
  • Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through the relevant app store account settings.
  • Refunds, cancellations, and subscription management may be handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
  • Pikarta does not provide external checkout links inside the iOS app where prohibited by App Store rules.

5. Wallet passes and customer cards

You are responsible for the content, rewards, branding, and rules of loyalty cards you create. You must have the right to use any logos, images, names, or trademarks uploaded to Pikarta.

Customers may add passes to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Platform availability may depend on device, region, operating system, account status, and platform rules.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Pikarta to:

  • violate laws, regulations, platform rules, or third-party rights;
  • create misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful loyalty programs;
  • upload malware, unlawful content, or content you do not have rights to use;
  • attempt to bypass security, rate limits, billing, or access controls;
  • collect customer information without appropriate notice, consent, or legal basis.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Pikarta reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for security, compliance, maintenance, or product development.

8. Intellectual property

Pikarta and its software, brand, design, and content are owned by Pikarta or its licensors. You retain rights to business content you submit, but grant Pikarta the permissions needed to provide the service.

9. Disclaimers

Pikarta is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pikarta will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.

11. Termination

You may stop using Pikarta at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for users or platforms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service unlawfully.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when this page was last updated. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
